Flanked by two glass towers which frame the space against
the two-storey Victorian-style conserved building, this
public space is a cosy area used by residents and pub-goers
in the evening.
Specially designed lighting adds a magical touch to this
little corner in the midst of the bustle of Orchard Road.
Did You Know?
This project involved the restoration of a pair of semi-detached
houses that were once part of a nutmeg estate. The juxtaposition
of the new building suspended over the conserved buildings
creates a delightful surprise along busy Penang Road.
