Because of the length of the entire Bayfront promenade, there is also the opportunity for different levels to be created along the promenade. The level changes could be used to create special spaces for events. Bayfront promontory together with the development on it could be elevated to give a higher vantage point to view the different activities along the promenade and within the Bay. The lower promenade could be designed to bring visitors closer to the water. (Sydney Opera House).
