We are now planning to release a third parcel of land for a Business and Financial Centre (BFC) to ensure Singapore stays competitive against the likes of new business and financial developments in global and regional areas.
To prepare for the launch of the BFC, and to open up the area for more activities, URA is taking the lead to develop and invest in the area. One key project that URA will implement is the waterfront promenade around Marina Bay. Because of the strategic importance of the waterfront promenade, URA is inviting world class design consultants to submit design proposals for the waterfront promenade. |
