South of One Fullerton is Clifford Pier, the historic water-based gateway into Singapore. This building would be put to another public use after its commercial operations are relocated to the Maritime Hub in Marina South. A possible use in the future is a maritime museum, to capture the former use of the pier. The historic rubble seawall under Clifford Pier extends southwards up to the front of One Marina Boulevard, a new commercial development.
