Any questions and requests for clarification on the Competition, including the Terms and Conditions and the Design Brief and Technical Requirements, shall be made in writing using the Question and Clarification Form at Appendix X and submitted by facsimile to the address and telephone no. shown on the Form.

All questions and requests for clarification must be received before __day, __ ___ 2004, 12 noon ( Singapore date and time). No further questions will be accepted after this deadline.
Answers to all questions and requests for clarification received by the Promoter will be posted on the Competition Website at http://www.ura.gov.sg/competition/index.html. They will also be distributed to the members of the Steering Committee. All registered participating firms will be solely responsible for accessing this Website to obtain the information. Questions and requests for clarification received by the Promoter before 30th __ August 2001 will be answered by 6th September 2001 . Questions and requests for clarification received before 21st September 2001 will be answered by 28th September 2001 .
