The Consultancy is open to all architectural, landscape architecture firms (sole-proprietorships, partnerships, or corporations) with planning and urban design expertise that are qualified or licensed to provide architectural services in accordance with the laws and requirements in existence in Singapore .

The lead designer shall have at least 10 years of experience in urban waterfront promenade planning, conceptual design, detailed design and implementation;

The lead designer must have designed, executed and supervised similar scale and nature of work in Singapore and/or other countries before;

The lead designer must have relevant experience in design/ supervision / execution of urban waterfront promenade; and

All Consultant Teams must have ISO 9000 certification or collaborate with an ISO 9000 certified firm.
