In Stage One, the Design Evaluation Committee will shortlist all Consultant Teams that meet the minimum requirements of track record and team composition. From the short-listed group, the Design Evaluation Committee will further short-list three to six Consultant Teams to proceed to Stage Two to further develop their design proposals.
Based on the design proposals submitted at the end of Stage Two, the Design Evaluation Committee will appoint one or more Consultant Teams to proceed to Stage Three to prepare the detailed design for tender and eventual implementation on site.
