The Chairperson will preside over the evaluation process as the DEP leader and ensure that the DEP‘ s deliberations proceed in a fair and orderly manner.
At Stage One, the DEP will short-list the submissions to proceed to Stage Two to develop the design in detail. At Stage Two, the DEP will select the scheme for possible implementation.
The decision of the DEP is final and shall not be negotiated, contested, reviewed, challenged or appealed against by any party through any means or process whatsoever.
All DEP activities will be conducted in Singapore .
APPOINTMENT OF ARCHITECTURAL FIRMS/TEAMS TO IMPLEMENT THE DESIGN
The URA will appoint the Consultant Team/s to develop and implement either whole or part of the design proposal. The scope of services for the winning architectural firm / team is set out in Appendix II .
