INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP OF SUBMISSIONS


URA shall have the right to publish, display, reproduce or otherwise publicise or communicate all submissions, including all drawings, models, etc., submitted by Consultant Teams for both Stage One and Stage Two, subject to appropriate citation and acknowledgement of the authors. Such right shall be exercisable by URA without any payment, charge or fee whatsoever to any person.

URA reserves the right to retain all submissions for the consultancy, in whatever form, for display in a Public Exhibition, after the scheme to be implemented has been announced. After the Public Exhibition, URA will inform all registered Consultant Teams in writing to collect those submissions no longer required by URA within a specified time, after which they will be disposed of.

URA shall have ownership of and, therefore, exclusive rights to use, adopt, and modify the design scheme of the winning registered participating firm / team. Subject to prior approval from the Sponsor or the Promoter, the winning registered participating firm / team may use their design proposal for promotion purposes.
