At the end of Stage One and Two, the appointed Consultant Team/s shall upon being notified of meet with URA, to review the detailed scope of work for the next stage.
The Consultant Team/s will be required to review its design with URA on a regular basis. This is to ensure the design meets the needs and requirements of URA, the design progress is on schedule and meets the allocated time and financial budget.
T he Consultant Team/s appointed to detail design and implement the works on site shall submit, within a month, for URA's approval, a detail programme for all the works. All the key milestones and reviews with URA shall be indicated in the programme.
